For Good Customer Service
The Customer Action Teams's purpose is to reward PT, CS and FM staff for exceptional service. As one of our valued "internal customers" you should receive, as well as provide, top-notch service. We believe the best way to measure this is by asking you. Only YOU Can tell when someone deserves a pat on the back for outstanding service. All staff make a difference and would be considered.
When a staff member provides particularly good service to you or our customers, the Customer Action Team would like to hear about it. To nominate a deserving co-worker, simply complete and submit the form below. One $50 award will be given quarterly. Nominations can be accepted any time of year.
Our student staff are also valued employees and may be nominated for the "Sunshine Award" for their great customer service. Sunshine Awards will be awarded, but no monetary award.
