Great events require great food. We offer two services to fit your needs. The Event Planning Office will assist you in determining which menu option best suits you, your event and your budget.

The catering staff is proud to have Certified Executive Chef Tom Murray, who has 20 years of professional experience in the hotel industry, as a member of their team.

Food Court Dining

The Center has a variety of food venues, ranging from gourmet hotdogs to made-to-order vegetarian entrees. A collaboration of University Dining, and local and regional franchises are proud to serve campus guests.

  • Ten branded food options, including Starbucks
  • Easy way to accommodate a variety of tastes
  • Option to use Student Center Cash (ask event coordinator for more information)
