The catering staff is proud to have Certified Executive Chef Tom Murray, who has 20 years of professional experience in the hotel industry, as a member of their team.
The Center has a variety of food venues, ranging from gourmet hotdogs to made-to-order vegetarian entrees. A collaboration of University Dining, and local and regional franchises are proud to serve campus guests.
