With over 28,000 square feet of available meeting space, the Student Center can accommodate a wide variety of events, ranging from a business meeting for 10 to a large-scale conference for 1,100. Our experienced event staff will help you determine which spaces will work best for your event.
The Grand Ballroom is the largest space at the Center, capable of accommodating 1,100 persons. This room can be divided into two separate rooms depending on your needs. It is an ideal location for large presentations, conferences, guest speakers and large banquets. The ballroom area has additional spaces for behind-the-scenes preparation, staging, event 'headquarters' and much more.
The Auditorium, with a capacity of 250, is a perfect space for concerts, movies and presentations. It is complete with high-end audio-visual equipment. The two-story design offers access from the first and second floor. The space is complete with a green room and dressing rooms. Full audio-visual service is available.
The Center has 13 meeting rooms available with flexible set-ups. Most rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and offer a beautiful view of University Park. Four rooms (104, 204, 302 and 304) have permanent boardroom set-ups, while the others can be arranged in a variety of set-ups to best suit your event. All rooms have capabilities to include both catering and audio-visual equipment.
