Chairman's Message

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Andrew Walla. I have been serving as part of Student Government since 2007. One of my roles as the Director of Business & Finance is to lead the Business & Finance Committee.

The principle function of this body is to support student organizations by giving them funds to run events or improve their organizations. In other words: we give out money! To take advantage of this great opportunity, all you need to do is fill out an application with my colleague, Jannell Thomas, and she will guide you through the rest of the process.

I'm also here to give your organization financial advice. I can help you budget for the year or plan your expenses so that you have enough money to do the things you want to do. In addition, I can help you manage your University X-Fund Account, check your balance, process reimbursements, and much more.

I encourage you to come visit me in the Student Government Offices on the third floor of the Student Center. You can find me here every weekday morning. I look forward to meeting you soon.
