Times change, and these changes have led to a necessary revision of our by-laws, the rules by which we live and govern ourselves. The 06/07 year has been a year of many new changes for our chapter, and so as we make those necessary adjustments, our by-laws are not quite finished. They will be posted as it becomes appropriate to do so.
