Home What Is APO? Pledges Projects Safety policy E-Board Rush Fall 07 National Office |
Rush, Fall '08
We need your help! As members of the Lambda Phi (EMU) chapter of Alpha
Phi Omega, we pride ourselves on our strong reputation of availability
and willingness to help whenever we're needed, whether it be working at
a soup kitchen, a shelter for rabbits, habitat for humanity, hosting a
blood drive, or even building a haunted house. "Never believe a few caring people can't change the world. For, indeed, thats's all who ever have." -Margaret Mead We are excited for a new year of service, and we want you to help us! If doing community service in a variety of settings sounds like something you are interested in, please come check us out! Info Meetings There will be two info meetings
this semester. The same information is given at each meeting, so there
is no need to attend both. Come out and learn about our fraternity and
meet some of the members.
Rush is over for the Fall Semester, however there will be another rush in the Winter '08 semester. Information regarding this will be up as soon as it is available! 1st meeting:
TBA 2nd meeting:
TBA Can't make it but still want to know more? Send your questions to our Director of Membership Madison at: mchuhran@emich.edu Final note: We of APO are STRONGLY against hazing of any kind. Pledges will NEVER be asked to perform embarrassing or dangerous activities, nor will they be asked to perform favors for active members. The pledging period is simply a time for prospective members to participate in projects, meet members and other pledges, and learn how APO works. |
