Airport Pickup Request Form

If you would like for INDSA to pick you up from airport kindly fill out the form. Please give us all the required information atleast 10 days before arrival. We will try our best to accommodate every prospective student’s needs. Also please feel free to email us at cl_indsa@emich.edu if you have any questions.

Note: - Once you submit the form please email a photo of yours ( for identity) and your itinerary ( scan paper itinerary) to cl_indsa@emich.edu. This is for our paperwork to pick you up. Please do this atleast 10 days before your arrival to the U.S. WE CANNOT ARRANGE FOR PICKUP IF YOU CALL US FROM AIRPORT.
