ONLY STUDENTS CURRENTLY IN UNITED STATES MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM. 

NEW STUDENTS COMING FROM INDIA SHOULD NOT FILL OUT A ROOMMATE REQUEST FORM, AS THEY WILL BE PLACED WITH OTHER STUDENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE SIGNED LEASE.
