To sign up to be member, there is a two-step process:

1. Registration- The Portal is easy to find, it is simply Once you’ve found the site, towards the top right of the page you will see a link that says “login.” Click the tab, and then enter in your emich ID and Password. This is the same ID and Password you use to log on to your my.Emich account. Then you will be taken to a page that will ask you for specific information such as: name, address, phone number, etc. Just fill out the form and click “submit.” Provided you have entered in all of the specified information, you should then receive a message on the screen that tells you your account has been created successfully. You will need to log in again to continue. **You will only have to enter in your personal information one time; from then on, you will only have to click “login” and enter your name and password.

2. Find ISA on the Portal- Now that you have created an account and have logged back on, toward the center of the welcome page there will be a bar that says “browse organizations or jump to (an organization).” Click on the bar, type "International Student Association", and click "Go". On the right of the ISA page, you will find a list of choices under the “Organization Pages” heading. Here you will find one that says “Join Organization.” Simply click on the link, and a current board member of ISA wil approve your membership. **Once you are approved, on your welcome page on the right side you will find a heading titled “My Involvement.” ISA should be listed under this heading and all you will need to do to access the page from then on is click on the link.
