About me: I am a recent graduate and am now teaching English in Korea while taking a graduate course through EMU. I highly recommend teaching abroad while you're young and have the chance. It is an incredibly unique experience to travel around another country and learn all about their education system. I've been a member in KDP since Fall 2007 and have been the Public Relations Chair, Co Membership Chair, and Vice President. I have always been very active in many organizations and feel KDP is an excellent and essential organization to be involved with in the education field. I am incredibly passionate about education (especially early childhood education) and am interested in having a position in administration as well as getting my Ph.D. and teaching at the collegiate level.
