Jonathan is currently a first year Master's student at Eastern Michigan University working to obtain a degree in Urban & Regional Planning with a Certificate in Historic Preservation.  He plans to graduate in April of 2006.

He received his undergraduate degree in Land Use Planning from Northern Michigan University in May of 2004.  While at Northern Michigan he was active in numerous volunteer organizations and served was an active member of the Superior Geography Club.

Jonathan is currently serving as Zoning Administrator for rural Bridgewater Township in southwest Washtenaw County.  In addition, he works part time for American Title Insurance Company in downtown Jackson, Michigan.
