The first club meeting was full of discussions about things ranging from dues, Relay for Life, and the Martian Marathon to name a few. For full meeting notes click here.
The new semester has started and winter is now at us stronger than before! Even though there is snow on the ground and the temperatures drop we are still running. We meet every day (Monday - Friday) at 4:00pm in front of the Rec/IM building located centrally on EMU's campus.
If it is too cold for you or you do not have the proper running apperal for running outside in the cold you can always go inside the Rec/IM and work out in the comfort of a controled climate or you can go an run on the indoor track located in Bowen Field House. But be mindful of the Track Team since that is durin their scheduled practice time.

The Emus plan on taking part in the activities during the Martian Marathon weekend hosted by Running Fit. It takes place on April 10th and most people in the Emus are interested in running the Half Marathon. If you are interested and would like to run the 5k, 10k Half Marathon or even the Full Marathon let us know and we can help you train for your goals! There is still time to prepare!
