Welcome to the EMUSVFF...The Eastern Michigan University Student Video and Film Festival (EMUSVFF) is a forum where students can display their talents to their peers and the community. Our vision is to raise the bar of expertise and creativity at Eastern and to encourage and to promote Eastern Michigan University and the College of Arts and Sciences. Founded by EMU students, the Festival is dedicated to encouraging students to become better video and film artists by acknowledging their personal achievement. This year's festival will be held on April 9, 2006 in Roosevelt Auditorium.The idea behind the film festival is to create an environment where all types of artists can interact together in hopes of establishing relationships so artists can collaborate with people they haven’t met in hopes of them growing into better artists. We believe the Eastern Michigan University Student Video & Film Festival will be a positive part of the larger mission of Eastern Michigan University's tradition of excellence. |
