For the academic year 2013-14 there are 20 students, from across all academic disciplines, at the undergraduate and graduate level that are working with faculty mentors as either Symposium Undergraduate Research Fellows or Graduate Fair Research Fellows. These student awards are annual awards that can be renewed upon student interest and faculty mentor support. Each fellow is expected to conduct research during the academic year of appointment and present the outcomes of the research at their respective event, either the Undergraduate Symposium or the Graduate Research Fair. Undergraduate students, especially students who will be new to EMU, may find additional information about these fellow awards at the SURF site.
