Department of Management Neil Duda Professor Kostas Voutsas, Sponsor Human Resource Management: Discovering Gender's Effects on the Mentoring Process Addressing how the preferences of men and women will affect learning, and an employee's development within an organization, has become a crucial Human Resource function. Secondary research, as well as a questionnaire, will be used to gather information on the attitudes and opinions, of both genders, that play a role in the mentoring process.
