Human Resource Management: Discovering Gender's Effects on the Mentoring Process

Addressing how the preferences of men and women will affect learning, and an employee's development within an organization, has become a crucial Human Resource function. Secondary research, as well as a questionnaire, will be used to gather information on the attitudes and opinions, of both genders, that play a role in the mentoring process. The findings of the questionnaire will be discussed, as will recommendations for companies' creation of future policies, during the presentation.
