An Investigation of LGBT Housing in U.S. Universities: Human Resource Issues, Challenges and Best Practices
This study explores the current options for LGBT (lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender) housing at U.S. universities and investigates each institution's evolution to its current LGBT program. The study also investigates LGBT issues in residence halls on campuses without LGBT housing. Best practices and challenges in personnel and management areas are discussed in an attempt to provide valuable information for housing administration and researchers.

Narcissism Needs to be Fired: The Problem with Self-Absorbed Leaders
The workplace today encompasses a myriad of bosses, and some of these leaders are detrimentally self-absorbed to the point of narcissism, which is defined as an egotistical outlook and an irrational need for attention. Narcissistic behavior is often hard to identify, and even more difficult to eradicate. However, evidence demonstrates that the benefits of clearing the workplace of a narcissistic leader far outweigh the costs of reversing the damage done to employees and business in the wake of the narcissist's reign.

Mutual Fund Research -- Vanguard Mid-Cap VIMSX Investment
When students graduate they will likely have jobs that require them to choose mutual funds for the their 401K retirement accounts. VIMSX is a vanguard mutual fund that tracks the performance of the investment return of midcapitalization stocks. Expenses, return and other factors will be presented.
