Saving/Printing Your Direct Deposit Advice

We recommend that you save your electronic Direct Deposit Advice (eDDA) on your computer's hard-drive in case you need to refer to or print it in the future.


Instructions

To save your electronic Direct Deposit Advice (eDDA) to a hard drive on a Windows XP computer:

  1. Open your electronic Direct Deposit Advice (eDDA).
  2. Note: See Viewing Your Direct Deposit Advice for more information.
  3. Click the File menu and select Save a Copy from the list.
  4. File >> Save
  5. From the Save a Copy dialog box, click the Save in pull-down arrow and choose the folder where you want to save your electronic Direct Deposit Advice (eDDA).
  6. Type a unique file name in the File name field.
  7. Note: As a best practice, we recommend creating a folder specifically for your pay stubs and naming your electronic Direct Deposit Advice (eDDA) files using the pay period end date (e.g. 06072008.pdf). Following this best practice can make future searching for files a much easier endeavor.
  8. Click the Save button.
  9. Save a Copy dialog box
    Note: To print your electronic Direct Deposit Advice (eDDA), click the File menu and select Print from the list. When the Print dialog box displays, click the OK or Print button.
