EagleMail Collaboration Tools

EagleMail is a suite of services that can help you collaborate more effectively within workgroups. These services include the sharing of email, address books, calendars, documents, and other files. We have partnered with Human Resources to offer two workshops where learners will be taught the tools and techniques necessary to manage their email (inbox) and pick up a few EagleMail tips and tricks.

Topics Covered

Managing Your Email (Inbox) - This two (2) hour workshop will provide you with email management best practices that will help you: gain more control over your email through better organization techniques, improve your response time to everyday email requests, and keep up with critical actions and due dates. Pre-requisite: None.

EagleMail Tips & Tricks - This two (2) hour workshop will show you EagleMail tools that will help you: compose professional email messages, organize and classify your data for ease of retrieval, and respond quicker to requests for information. Pre-requisite: None.

Note: In addtion to the sessions listed above, we offer private group training sessions on how to use EagleMail email, address book, calendar, tasks, documents, and briefcase.
