Deleting members unsubscribes them from the list. Unsubscribed members are removed, and do not receive messages posted to the listserv.
Follow the instructions below to delete members from your list:
With the Mass Removals section open, there are two ways to delete members. Either of these methods will leave your listserv intact, but remove all or certain members:
Enter Each Address
Note: You can also contact the IT Help Desk to request a list membership purge. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate IT personnel who will purge the entire membership for you. This will not change your list settings. Please provide the name of the list to purge with your request.
Specify a File to Upload
Note: If you save your email addresses in a spreadsheet, you can easily use copy and paste to remove an entire list of members at a time. This is a useful technique for managing your list membership.
