Subtotals by Budget Area

You can perform queries to retrieve subtotals for different parts of your budget, like SS&M, Travel, and Equipment. Follow these steps:

1. Type your Fund code into the Fund field.
2. Type your Org code into the Organization field.
3. Type 3% in the Account field to view the subtotal for SS & M. (4% for Travel, 5% for Equipment)
4. Click the Submit Query button.
5. The overall available balance field will now show a subtotal for SS & M.
