Log in to Call Manager

To log in to Call Manager (CM) follow the steps below:

1. Click on https://phcucmpub.emich.edu/ccmuser (or, copy and paste it in your browser's address bar).
2. Enter your my.emich username and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click the Login button.
   
   

More Than One Cisco VoIP Phone Assigned

If you have more than one phone, it is important that you select the phone you wish to configure before you make any changes in CM. To select a phone follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to CM (see instructions above).
2. Select Device from the User Options menu.
   
   
3. Select the phone's MAC address from the drop-down menu (MAC addresses are located on the back of the Cisco VoIP phone).
4. Click the Save button.
