Change Your PIN Number

To access the Personal Address Book and Fast Dial features you will need to use a PIN number which is different than the PIN number you created to access your voice messages, however you can have the same number for both purposes. The PIN number you created for your voice messages was created on your VoIP phone. The PIN number to use to your Personal Address Book and Fast Dial on you phone is created in Call Manager. The default PIN in Call Manager (CM) is 98765. To change the PIN follow the steps below:

1. Log in to CM (login instructions can be accessed from Log in to CM located in the navigation menu on the left).
   NOTE: If you have more than one phone you will need to specify which phone you want to change the PIN (instructions can also be accessed from Log in to CM located in the navigation menu on the left).
2. Select User Settings from the User Options menu.
   
   
3. The first time you change the PIN enter the default number, 98765 in the Current PIN field.
4. Enter the new PIN number in the New PIN and Confirm PIN fields.
5. Click the Save button.
