Hire a Student

Students search for employment on campus year-round. If you’d like to post a job opening (either on-campus or off-campus), visit eaglecareers.experience.com or fax your posting to 734.487.0940. This is a free service for employers and job seekers.

Summer & Fall 2013 Hires

You may begin hiring your summer and fall 2013 students now with an effective date of 05/01/2013 or later. They will auto terminate 04/30/2014.

All currently working students will auto terminate on 04/30/2013. Please process a rehire epaf with an effective date of 05/01/2013 if they intend to continue employment in your area.

Hiring Process

In fall 2012 all student hires, rehires and payrate changes began being processed by the hiring department through the epaf (electronic personnel action form) system. Departmental staff will need to attend epaf training to have access to the epaf system. Register for training here. WAP forms will no longer be accepted by our office.

Need to look up your student position number?

1. Log in to boe.emich.edu (use your my.emich credentials)

2. Choose "corporate categories"
