CPR/First
Aid Class
University Health Services' facilitators are certified through the American Heart Association.
We offer two types of certification: Heartsaver and BLS.
The Heartsaver Certification is geared towards non-healthcare professionals (i.e. Education and Occupation Therapy students). Click here to view available classes.
The BLS Certification is geared towards those working in a healthcare environment (i.e. Nursing students). Click here to view available classes.
Heartsaver Certification
This
includes First Aid and CPR for adults, children, and infants.
The class also includes AED for adults and children.

COSTS

CLASS: $100.00
Reserve your spot; classes are reserved on a 'first come/first serve' basis. Payment in full is due at time of registration.
All classes are limited to
10 people and require a minimum of 6 people.
Classes
fill up fast so please sign up as soon as possible.
Classes
will be added as needed throughout the year.
If minimum number is not met, class may be cancelled and rescheduled
for a later date.
BLS Certification
This includes Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED and 2 partner CRP/AED.

Classes are offered on the following dates and times - students will only be required to attend one day and one 4 hour class of their choice:

COSTS

CLASS: $50.00
This include a textbook (student will keep textbook), manikin use and all students who complete the class (pass a short written evaluation and skills evaluation) will receive their certification card at the end of class.
