Policy Pricing

The policy can be purchased for an entire academic year for $1,495.00. This would be from September 1, 2013 - August 31, 2014.

The policy can also be purchased by the semester for $499 per semester.

Fall: September 01, 2013 - December 31, 2013
Winter: January 1, 2014 - April 30, 2014
Summer: May 01, 2014 to August 31, 2014

You can purchase the policy by coming to the Student Insurance Office located located on the 2nd floor of Snow Health Center. You could also purchase the policy online directly from UnitedHealthcare StudentResources .

Please note that you must meet the eligibility requirement as listed on page 1 of the policy brochure in order to purchase the policy. If you are not taking classes during the Summer semester but want to maintain coverage, you will have to purchase the Winter and Summer semester together. This is listed on the enrollment form as Winter/Spring/Summer and is a combined cost of $998.00
