office of University Communications,
located in 18 Welch Hall, is responsible
for the internal and external communications
of Eastern Michigan University. Responsibilities
include crisis communications, media
relations, production of internal publications
such as the faculty/staff newsletter
(FOCUS EMU), and management of departmental
Web content.
