WEIGHT WATCHERS AT WORK PROGRAM: The Weight Watchers at Work program combines behavior modification, a healthy eating plan, regular activity and group support in weekly meetings that directly affects the success of long-term weight loss. Members learn how to eat healthier, increase physical activity and handle all the daily challenges and barriers encountered to achieve and maintain weight loss. The weekly session will be held every Thursday beginning Thursday, May 9, 12 - 12:45 p.m., 100 McKenny (HR Training Suite). The regular cost for the 12-week session is $161.00 or $150 for Blue Cross Blue Shield or Blue Care Network Members. To register, click Weight Watchers Registration and complete the online form. You have the option to pay with a credit/debit card or an e-check. Registration must be completed by Friday, May 4. WOMEN'S SOFTBALL TAKES ON MIAMI: The Women's softball team will play against Miami in a double header today, April 26, at 1 p.m., at Varsity Field. EXPLORE THE POWERHOUSES OF THE UNIVERSE AT THE PLANETARIUM: The EMU planetarium will feature the movie "Stars," tonight, April 26, at 7 p.m., in the Mark Jefferson Science Complex. "Stars," narrated by actor Mark Hamill, is the Sudekum Planetarium's first original full-dome, digital production. Adventure Science Center collaborated with the National Space Centre in Leicester, England, to create this stunning 26-minute show exploring the powerhouses of the universe and our relationship with the night sky throughout history. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online at EMU Tickets. For more on the movie, go to Stars Movie. Recommended age for the movie is 13 years and older. Following the movie, participates will get to enjoy a live demonstration of the current night sky locally. Space is limited.
