YPSILANTI - The Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents approved the retirement of two faculty members and five staff members at its regular meeting June 20.
Those retiring from the University are:
€ Richard Goff of Ann Arbor, professor of history and philosophy, effective May 1 after 35 years of service
€ James R. McDonald of Ann Arbor, professor of geography and geology, effective May 1 after 32 years of service.
€ Daniel Klenczar of Saline, associate director physical plant-architectural and engineering services, effective May 1 after 30 years of service.
€ Harold Robbins Jr. of Willis, trades foreman-maintenance service, effective April 29 after 30 years of service.
€ Lavonne Pifer of Milan, administrative secretary-dean of students, effective April 29 after 20 years of service.
€ Joan Gillman of Ypsilanti, secretary II, effective March 1 after 23 years of service.
€ Johnny Williams of Ann Arbor, carpenter-general maintenance and repair, effective February 2 after 13 years of service.
