The Eastern Michigan University football team's Rynearson Stadium home schedule will include two noons starts, two late afternoon starts and one evening kick-off, the athletics department announced June 15.
The Eagles are slated to open the season Saturday, Sept. 4, at home against Army in a 7 p.m. tilt. That home opener is followed by the two straight Mid-American Conference games, at Miami University and at home for a 4 p.m. start versus Central Michigan University. Eastern Michigan then returns to the road for a trip into Ohio Stadium for a Sept. 25 tilt versus Ohio State University.
The Green and White return to Rynearson Stadium against Ohio University. That Oct. 2 homecoming game versus the Bobcats will be shown on ESPN+ and ESPN3.com at noon as part of the MAC's syndication package.
A trio of road contests dot the schedule in October, with trips to Vanderbilt University, Oct. 9; Ball State University, Oct. 16; and the University of Virginia, Oct. 23, before Eastern returns home to host the University of Toledo Saturday, Oct. 30, at 4 p.m.
From there, the Eagles travel to Kalamazoo for a conference game at Western Michigan University, Nov. 13; and to Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 20, with the University at Buffalo. The last home contest of the year is set for Nov. 26 at noon against Northern Illinois University.
Season tickets start at $35 and are currently available for purchase at EMUEagles.com or call 487-2282.
