Eastern Michigan University will host Graduate Open House on Jan. 11

YPSILANTI – There is no time like the present to make changes in your future and advance your career by adding a graduate degree from Eastern Michigan University to your repertoire.

Eastern will open its doors and welcome undergraduate and working professionals who are interested in learning more about a higher education degree during a Graduate Open House, Saturday, Jan. 11.

During the open house, graduate advisors will be poised to answer questions from 10 a.m. to noon at the Student Center Ballroom, located at 900 Oakwood, Ypsilanti.

The event is free and open to the public and will offer information about a variety of disciplines such as science, arts, business, education, technology and health and human services.

 During the open house, prospective students can expect to:

  • Meet with faculty members from several doctoral and cohort programs.
  • Learn more about graduate assistantship and doctoral fellowships.
  • Speak with faculty advisers and receive information about the extensive programs EMU offers.
  • Apply for admission (application fee will be waived for the first graduate program that you apply to).
  • Register for a drawing to win three free tuition credits. Three winners will each receive this $1,500 award.
