Regents approve three retirements

YPSILANTI — The Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents approved the retirement of two staff and one faculty at its regular meeting Jan. 19.

Those retiring from the University are:

  • Charles Achilles, of Geneva, N.Y., professor of leadership and counseling, 12 years of service.
  • Gerald Davis, of Ann Arbor, library master technician, 40 years of service.
  • Darlene Maher, of Livonia, senior secretary, physical plant, 11 years of service.
