Eastern Michigan to host Florida alumni social
YPSILANTI - In part of an ongoing effort to keep Eastern Michigan University alumni throughout the nation connected to the University, the EMU Office for Alumni Relations will host four events in Florida.
The first event will be held at The Villages on Tuesday, March 4, 6 – 8 p.m. at the Waterfront Inn.
The second event, in Lakeland, will be Wednesday, March 5, at Joker Marchant Stadium where the Detroit Tigers take on the Philadelphia Phillies at 1:05 p.m. Game tickets are limited.
The third event, in Sarasota, will take place Thursday, March 6, 5- 7 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota.
The last event, in Bonita Springs, will take place Friday, March 7, 6-8 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.
“These events are great ways for alumni to network and reconnect with old friends,” said Vicki Reaume, executive director of alumni relations. “There are more than 2,500 alumni in the greater Florida area and we hope to connect with them.”
