SHRM Global Learning System classes offered

YPSILANTI — Eastern Michigan University will offer SHRM Global Learning System classes, a comprehensive test preparation system for the Global Professional in HR (GPHR) certification exam and a reference tool for HR professionals with international and cross-border responsibilities.

Classes start March 27, 6-9 p.m., at Kelly Services headquarters, 999 W. Big Beaver in Troy, and will run for six Tuesday evenings. The cost is $995, which includes books and materials. The course is approved for 18 HRCI recertification credits.

Facilitators include: Lance Richards, GPHR, senior director, international human resources, Kelly Services Inc.; Franchette Richards, GPHR, independent consultant in international human resources; Kathy Chiaravalli, managing partner, Strategic HR, LLC; and Nancy Carrara, GPHR, international human resource manager, Deloitte Tax, LLC.
