Learn to ditch the diet mentality with America's nutritional leader, March 12
YPSILANTI — America’s nutrition leader, Zonya Foco, is coming to the campus of Eastern Michigan University, March 12, 7 p.m., at the Student Center for a special fundraiser for the Student Dietetic Association at EMU.
A fun and energetic speaker, Foco will present the topic, “100 percent Fad-Free,” or how you can ditch the diet mentality and discover how eight simple habits can become an invisible force in your life and help you to be healthier.
The event, scheduled as part of National Nutrition Month, is open to the public.
