EMU to host alumni social in Washington, D.C., Sept. 21

YPSILANTI - Eastern Michigan University’s Alumni Relations will host an alumni and friends social Sept. 21, 6 - 8 p.m. at the Willard InterContinental Hotel in Washington, D.C. EMU’s new president,  John Fallon, will be the guest speaker.

The event is $10 per person and open to all alumni, friends and guests. To make reservations, contact the Office of Alumni Relations, 734.487.0250 or e-mail: alumni.relations@emich.edu.

“This event is a great way for alumni to network and reconnect with old friends, as well as meet EMU’s new president,” said Vicki Reaume, executive director of EMU alumni relations. “President Fallon brings with him a solid set of perspectives and values to lead the University forward.”

There are currently more than 2,400 alumni in the greater Washington, D. C. area.
