EMU Board of Regents change meeting schedule to afternoon
YPSILANTI — The Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents has changed its daily schedule for future meetings. The meeting dates remain the same with the next meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 19.
Committee meetings will move from the morning to the afternoon. All meetings will be in Welch Hall.
The schedule is as follows:
Athletics Affairs Committee 12:45-1:30 p.m. Room 201
Faculty Affairs Committee 12:45-1:30 p.m. Room 205
Student Affairs Committee 1:45-2:30 p.m. Room 201
Educational Policies Committee 1:45-2:30 p.m. Room 205
Finance, Audit and
Investment Committee 2:30-4 p.m. Room 201
Regular Board Meeting 4:15 p.m. Room 201
(NOTE: The 30-minute communications section for public comment begins at 4:15 p.m.)
“We’ve made this change to make the Board meeting more accessible to the entire campus and local communities, and to utilize the time of staff and board members most effectively,” said Karen Valvo, chair of the EMU Board of Regents.
