Spiders, outer space and exotic plants, oh my! EMU Family Day offers fun for kids of all ages Oct. 8
YPSILANTI – Whether it’shere on earth or out in the solar system, children of all ages can explore the world of science without ever leaving the Eastern Michigan University campus during Family Day, Saturday, Oct. 8, noon – 4 p.m. This year’s Family Day offers fun favorites such as making slime and ice cream using chemistry to new encounters with spiders and exotic plants. Family Day features more than 50 free fun activities designed to show that learning can be fun.
