EMU to host wine tasting social for young alumni Nov 9
YPSILANTI — Eastern Michigan University Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) will socialize and sample fine wines at an event hosted by the Office for Alumni Relations Thursday, Nov. 9, 7 – 9 p.m., at Paesano’s Restaurant and Wine Bar, 3411 Washtenaw Ave., Ann Arbor.
Both GOLD alumni and friends are welcome. Participants will survey eight wine selections from Bello Vino Marketplace, paired with an array of appetizers, including vegetarian options. The cost is $25 per person.

The GOLD program is open to all EMU graduates of the past ten years and serves the Alumni Association by catering to the needs of its younger constituents. Like the Alumni Association, there are no dues for membership.
Events are designed to further the program’s mission of fostering strong bonds between young alumni and EMU through social, networking, and educational and volunteer opportunities.
