NONPROFIT AGENCIES STRENGTHEN ABILITY TO SERVE
BY SHARING IDEAS AT AUG. 27 CONFERENCE

YPSILANTI - Washtenaw County nonprofit agencies will band together to find solutions to common problems during Capacity Summit2: Mission & Management: Hand in Hand, Tuesday, Aug. 27, 8 - 11:30 a.m., Guild Hall, McKenny Union, on the campus of Eastern Michigan University.

Agency directors, CEO's, board and staff members will meet to discuss increasing organizational effectiveness in six areas: governance, external relations, finances, technology, programs and human resources.

Participants will exchange ideas, explore partnership opportunities and build on the programs implemented as a result of the first community-wide meeting of nonprofit agencies in May, 2001.
