Emergency personnel, law enforcement officials and environmental engineers are invited to register for Weapons of Mass Destruction: Early Detection Monitoring, a new Eastern Michigan University two-day course May 13-14, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Suite 400, EMU's Livonia campus, I-275 and Six Mile Road. Cost is $395.
