EMULivonia Offers Four New
Graduate Degree Programs
for Educators, Human Resources Professionals
YPSILANTI Eastern Michigan University will offer four new graduate
programs at its Livonia site beginning fall 2003.
The new programs offered at EMULivonia are:
Master of Arts in Common Learnings in Curriculum (Curriculum Generalist)
The Master of Science in Physical Education with Concentration in Pedagogy
The Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development
Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development
The Common Learnings in Curriculum program brings together teachers of grades
K-12 to study principles of curriculum and instruction that span the grade levels
as teachers learn the latest trends in curriculum design and classroom practice.
The Master of Science in Physical Education with Concentration in Pedagogy
continues the development of advanced knowledge, values and skills for physical
education curriculum leaders as it relates to encouraging healthy lifestyles
for young people.
The graduate programs in human resources and organizational development target
the needs of individuals working in either management or human resources professions.
The addition of these four new programs brings the total offerings at EMU-Livonia
to 14 programs, including degrees in nursing, education, technology, business
and more.
Continuing Education at Eastern Michigan University serves students and faculty
by supporting learning opportunities offered in convenient and innovative formats,
