EMU'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK FEATURES GUST
YPSILANTI&emdash; Suzanne Gust, nationally recognized training facilitator and public speaker, will be the keynote speaker during Eastern Michigan University's Customer Service Awareness Week, March 13-17.
Gust, owner of Not-So-Basic-Training, will lead two sessions Wednesday, March 15. Gust will participate in "Everyone is a Customer," 8:30-9 a.m., Halle Library and will provide the keynote address "A Complaint is a Gift," 10 a.m.-noon, McKenny Union Alumni Room. Both events are free and open to the public, but registration is requested for the keynote address. To register, send an e-mail to Register@HR_Develop@HumRes.
Gust, who earned her MBA in marketing from EMU in 1990, began her company in 1993 and works with public and private organizations as a consultant and training facilitator. Her client list includes Chrysler and Ford Motor Co.
