Known Uses: The
Building served as the University Library
till 1998. It was renovated and reopened in
1999 to provide classroom and office space
for the College of Education.

The
building was constructed with a combination
of federal and state funds for the cost
of $2.68 million. The
building was five times the size of
the former university library (now Ford
Hall) and was opened to much fanfare.
