Center for Multicultural Affairs (CMA)
 

The CMA is dedicated to planning and implementing education and cultural programs that improve campus climate and enhance community life at EMU. We work to ensure a secure and supportive learning environment for African/African American, Latino/Hispanic, Native/American Indian, Asian/Pacific Islander, Arab/Arab-American and other students.


The CMA is a part of The Department of Diversity and Community Involvement.

Diversity and Community Involvement (DCI)
 

DCI provides participatory learning through purposeful experiences focused on social justice for students and the greater EMU community, preparing socially conscious citizens, leaders, and advocates for our global world.


DCI is made up of the Women's Resource Center (WRC), VISION (volunteer center), the Center for Multicultural Affairs (CMA), and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Resource Center (LGBTRC).

SEEUS (Student Eyes and Ears for University Safety)
 

The primary purposes of SEEUS are to provide escorts to persons walking alone to on campus destinations such as classrooms, buildings, residence halls and their parked cars.

The Women's Clinic addresses the specific health concerns of women. Some of the most common reasons patients visit the women's clinic include annual exams, vaginal infections, breast lumps, contraceptives and education about sexual health.
