Hello and welcome to the Chinese Section of the World Languages Department at EMU! Not only is Mandarin Chinese increasingly becoming an integral part of the skill set needed to suceed in today's world, but it is also a language with thousands of years of history and almost one billion speakers.
It is my sincere hope that you will enroll in a Chinese course and discover the joy of one of the world's great classical languages and the language to know this century. Hope to see you in class soon!
