Gina Worful, graduate of the Coordinated Program in Dietetics and the MS in Human Nutrition, has completed work on her book Mastering Mindfulness; A self-discovery change program to conquer weight loss and create a life of happiness. The book is currently going to print. In addition to being an alumna of EMU, Ms. Worful was a graduate assistant in Dietetics, and a part-time lecturer. Congratulations to Ms. Worful on this achievement!
The Division of Academic and Student Affairs has embarked on the award cycle for the year, including a new awards process for all staff at EMU. the Distinguished Achievement Recognition Awards. This page lists all the awards, including the Ronald W. Collins Distinguished Faculty Awards, the new staff awards, and internal research-related faculty support awards. Links are provided to guidelines for all of the available awards.

Student Gold Medallion Awards - Deadline of Feb. 17
The GRC is an excellent venue for graduate students to present their research or creative activity to a professional community. Applications must include a title and abstract for the presentation, and faculty support is required. The GRC will be held on March 24, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the EMU Student Center.
