Due to recent state health recommendations, we have cancelled all in-person visits for the remainder of the semester. Pending updates from the state and University, we will post in-person visit opportunities when they become available in early January 2021.
In the meantime, we encourage you to engage with us virtually. We offer live admissions presentations and virtual (live and on-demand) guided campus tours. We have plenty of video content available for you to better connect with our community.
When classes are in session, campus tours are scheduled Monday through Thursday during the morning and afternoon, Friday mornings, and on select Saturdays at 10 a.m. Due to safety concerns related to COVID-19, campus visits are limited in size and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that all campus visitors must comply with University regulations, including wearing a face covering while on campus and completing a screening survey on the day of their visit.
Every campus tour provides an opportunity to meet with and hear from our Admissions staff and take a 90-minute walking tour of campus. Your visit will include visits to the Student Center, residence halls and rooms, classroom buildings, Halle Library, and other campus areas that interest you. Need information on where to park and where to stay when you visit? Get visitor information.
Can't make it to campus? We have plenty of ways for you to connect with EMU virtually! From live information sessions to a guided virtual tour, explore our online visit options.
NOTE: EMU will not be offering in person group visits for the Fall 2020 semester. We would love to connect with you and your students virtually and are offering a number of virtual visit options for groups. Learn more and request a virtual group tour here.
Group tours are available for schools or educational community groups of 7 to 150 students in ninth grade and above. When classes are in session, group tours are offered on Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. Other dates and times can be considered but are not guaranteed. To request a group tour or to request additional information, please fill out our online group tours request form. Due to high demand, group tour dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and only one tour can be accommodated on available dates. Please request your visit date at least 2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient planning.
