Wong has been an associate professor at EMU since 2002. She teaches various business courses such as graduate and undergraduate strategic management, organization development and change, entrepreneurship, and teams and teamwork.
In the 11 years Wong has spent at EMU, she has inspired and changed the lives of students that step foot on her classroom. She has given them guidance so they can find their way in the world, as well as teach them valuable lessons they can use in real world situations. Students have said that Wong is an excellent teacher and has inspired them in their professional careers.
Before coming to Eastern Michigan University Wong was the CEO and President for Sensei Change Associates, a Designer and Leader for Shifting Gears Program, and an assistant professor at Bowling Green State University. Wong also developed and facilitated Shifting Gears Program through Ann Arbor Spark, Tech Town and Michigan Economic Development Corporations. Along with her various accomplishments she has also volunteered with Cuso International in Papua New Guinea, Youth for Understanding and an international exchange student program.
