Procedures and Forms

Thank you for choosing BOOKEMU for your event. Procedures have been created to protect the integrity and success of your event. Please review the provided guidelines and discuss any questions with your event coordinator.

  1. Please download the editable forms in order to access the digital signature lines. Online forms do not require download.
  2. All forms are requests, not automatic approvals.
  3. Please allow 48 business hours processing time to receive confirmation or feedback.
  4. Groups must wait for a reservation confirmation from our office in order to proceed with marketing and planning.
  5. For internal groups (departments and students orgs in Good Standing), please see Student Center Marketing and EMU Today.
