This is a one day conference-style program designed to help chapter officers learn the basics of chapter operations and organizational development which will set them up for success in their positions within their organizations and in their lives. Staff, Alumni and Students facilitate a variety of workshops. Topics for the symposium include Financial Management, Alumni Relations, New Member Programming, Risk Management, Networking, Event Planning and Academic Development.
